Terms of Service
Reminist
Effective date: November 6, 2026 · Last updated: October 16, 2026
Reminist is operated by Tauf Life Consulting, LLC, a Hawaii limited liability company (“Reminist”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms are a legal agreement between you and us. Please read them — §7 explains how memberships renew and how to cancel, §16 limits our liability, and §17 affects how disputes are resolved.
By creating an account, by using Reminist, or by buying a membership (in the app or on our website) or a gift, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, both of which are part of this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use Reminist.
1. What Reminist is
Reminist helps you record the stories of a life in your own voice, keep them, and invite specific people to add their side of the same story. We transcribe your recordings, generate a suggested title, and offer a single reflective follow-up question so you can add more detail.
What Reminist is not. It is not a backup service, an archival guarantee, a legal record, an estate-planning instrument, or a means of transferring property. It does not provide legal, medical, financial, or therapeutic advice. See §15.
2. Who may use Reminist
- You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account.
- If you are under 18, you may use Reminist only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
- You must be at least 18 years old to buy a membership or a gift.
- You must not be barred from using the service under the laws of your country, and you must not have been previously removed from Reminist for violating these Terms.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact support@reminist.app and we will delete it.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything that happens under your account. Use an accurate email address — it is the only way we can reach you, and at present it is the only way an account can be recovered. Tell us promptly at support@reminist.app if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. Deletion is described in §13 and in the Privacy Policy.
4. Free accounts and memberships
Reminist has two levels of access:
Free. Anyone with an account can, at no cost and with no time limit:
- respond to any story they are invited to, without limit;
- listen to, read, and revisit every story shared with them;
- record their own stories, up to a lifetime allowance shown in the app (currently 4 stories), with the complete feature set — transcription, titles, follow-up questions, photos, and sharing.
Membership. A paid membership, or a gift of one, removes the limit on stories you can create. Pricing, billing, gifts, and cancellation are covered in §7.
4.1 What never expires — our commitment
You will not lose access to a story you have already recorded, or to a voice someone has already shared with you, because you did not pay us. If your membership lapses or you never buy one, you keep permanent access to everything already in your account — playback, transcripts, and photos. What a membership buys is the ability to create more. We may change our pricing and our features, but we will not put content you have already created behind a paywall.
We may change the size of the free allowance for new accounts. If we reduce it, the allowance you had when you signed up continues to apply to you.
5. Your content
5.1 You own what you record
You keep all ownership rights in the recordings, transcripts, text, and photos you create in Reminist (“your content”). We claim no ownership of it.
5.2 The permission you give us
To operate the service, you give us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, transmit, transcribe, display, and process your content — and to make the technical modifications needed to deliver it (for example, transcoding audio or generating a thumbnail). This licence exists only so that we can run Reminist for you and deliver your content to the people you choose. It ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in routine encrypted backups, which are purged within 30 days.
We do not sell your content. We do not use it for advertising. We do not use it to train our own models, and we do not licence it to anyone else for theirs. Third-party AI processing is covered in §6.
5.3 Stories with more than one author
This is the part of Reminist that differs most from other products, so it is worth stating plainly.
When you invite someone to add their side of your story, the result is a thread with more than one author. Each person owns what they themselves recorded:
- Your recording is yours. Inviting someone to contribute does not give them ownership of it.
- Their contribution is theirs. Receiving a contribution to your story does not make you its owner, and does not give you the right to publish or redistribute it outside Reminist.
- Each author controls their own material. If a contributor deletes their contribution or their account, it disappears from your thread, and we cannot restore it for you. Likewise, if you delete a story you authored, contributions made to it are removed with it.
- Revoking a share removes another person’s access to your story going forward. It does not reach into copies they have already made outside Reminist by other means.
If you want a permanent, independent copy of something in a shared thread, ask the person who recorded it. We will not provide one author’s content to another author on request.
5.4 Recording other people
Reminist is designed for each person to record themselves. If your recording captures someone else’s voice, or if your story includes another person’s private information, you are responsible for having their permission, and for complying with the recording-consent laws where you and they are located. Some U.S. states and many countries require the consent of everyone recorded.
5.5 Material that belongs to someone else
Upload only what you have the right to upload. A recording of a song, a scanned photograph taken by a professional, or a passage from a book may belong to someone else even when it is part of your story. Copyright complaints are handled under §12.3.
6. AI features and how your content is processed
Reminist uses third-party artificial-intelligence services to provide three features: transcription of your recordings, a suggested title and tags, and one reflective follow-up question per story.
What this means in practice:
- To provide these features, your recordings and their transcripts are sent to third-party providers — currently OpenAI (transcription) and Google (titles, tags, and follow-up questions). They process it to return a result to us. The current list of providers, and what each one receives, is kept up to date in our Privacy Policy.
- AI output is generated by machine and is often wrong. Transcripts contain errors. Titles can misread the subject. A follow-up question may be irrelevant, or may misinterpret what you said. Treat all of it as a helpful draft, never as an accurate record of what was said or meant.
- Do not rely on AI output where accuracy matters — for anything medical, legal, financial, or evidentiary.
- AI features are part of the service, not a guarantee of it. We may change, suspend, or replace a provider or a feature. Your recordings do not depend on these features and remain yours if we remove one.
- We do not use your content to train our own models. Our providers’ handling of your content is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Payment, renewal, gifts, and cancellation
7.1 Two ways to buy
You can buy a membership in either of two ways:
- In the app, as a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play (a “store subscription”). Apple or Google is the seller: it takes your payment under its own terms, and it handles billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds (§7.3, §7.5).
- On our website. Checkout there is operated by Stripe Managed Payments, which acts as the merchant of record and is the seller for your purchase, under Stripe’s terms shown at checkout. After you buy, we email you a code, and entering it in the app unlocks the membership (§7.6). Gift memberships are sold only on our website.
Either way, we never see or store your card details.
7.2 What you can buy, and the price
- Membership, yearly: $54.99 a year in the app; $49.99 a year on our website. Renews automatically (§7.3).
- Membership, monthly: $7.99 a month in the app; $6.99 a month on our website. Renews automatically (§7.3).
- Gift membership (website only): $49.99 for one year of membership for someone else, paid once. A gift never renews and never charges anyone again (§7.6).
These are US prices. Outside the US, the store or our checkout shows the price in your currency. The price shown at the moment you buy is the price that applies to that purchase. How tax is handled is in §7.7.
7.3 Automatic renewal — please read
A membership renews automatically at the end of each term (yearly or monthly, whichever you chose), and you will be charged the price for that plan (§7.4), until you cancel.
How to cancel a store subscription: in your Apple account’s subscription settings (on an iPhone: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Play Store, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions). Apple and Google hold store subscriptions, so we cannot cancel one for you. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the renewal date; Apple requires at least 24 hours before it.
How to cancel a website membership: at any time, online, using the “manage your membership” link in the email that carried your code or in any receipt or renewal email; or email support@reminist.app and we will cancel it for you. For a yearly website membership, we send a reminder by email before each renewal.
Cancelling stops all future renewals. Your membership then continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your account returns to the free level described in §4 (and §4.1 still applies: nothing you have recorded is taken away). Cancelling does not, by itself, refund the current period — see §7.5.
If a renewal payment fails, Apple, Google, or Stripe may retry it for a short time. If it cannot be collected, the membership ends at the end of the period you have paid for.
Deleting the Reminist app, or your Reminist account, does not cancel your membership, whichever way you bought it. Cancel it as described above (see also §13).
7.4 Price changes, and the launch-price lock
Launch prices are locked for as long as you stay. If you started a membership at our launch prices ($54.99 a year or $7.99 a month in the app; $49.99 a year or $6.99 a month on our website), we will not raise the price of that membership for as long as it continues without a break. The lock ends if the membership ends — because you cancel and the paid period runs out, because a renewal payment cannot be collected, or because it is refunded. A new membership started after that is at the price current at the time. Switching between the monthly and yearly plans moves you to the price then current for the plan you switch to. Gift memberships are a one-time purchase for a fixed year, so there is no renewal for the lock to apply to.
Any other price change applies only to new purchases and, for an existing membership not covered by the lock above, only from a renewal that falls after we have told you. We will email you between 7 and 30 days before the new price first applies to you, with the new price, the date it starts, and how to cancel. For a store subscription, Apple or Google also notifies you, and where its rules require it, asks you to agree before the new price applies. If you do not want to renew at the new price, cancel before that date.
7.5 Refunds
Store subscriptions: Apple or Google decides refunds, under its own policy, and we cannot issue them. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or Google through your Google Play order history.
Website purchases: because Stripe Managed Payments is the merchant of record, refunds are paid out through Stripe, but we decide them, and the app stores are not involved. Ask us at support@reminist.app. We will deal with refund requests reasonably and promptly.
A full refund ends what it paid for. A refunded membership ends when the refund is made, and the account that used it returns to the free level (§4.1 still applies). A refunded or reversed gift is covered in §7.6.
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you may withdraw from a new membership or gift purchase made on our website within 14 days of buying it, by telling us at support@reminist.app, and we will refund it in full. For a store subscription, the store’s own cancellation and refund rules apply. This does not affect your other statutory rights.
7.6 Codes and gifts
Every membership bought on our website arrives as a code, which can be redeemed once, by one account. (A store subscription does not use a code; see §7.8.)
- A code from your own purchase unlocks your membership. Its renewals extend the account that redeemed it.
- A gift code gives one year of membership, starting on the day it is redeemed. It does not expire, so it can be redeemed whenever the recipient is ready. If the recipient already has membership time, the gift year is added on to it. A gift does not pause or cancel anyone’s paid membership — that still renews unless it is cancelled (§7.3). When the gift year ends, the account returns to the free level, and §4.1 applies: nothing recorded is taken away.
- The giver’s name is shown to the recipient. When a gift code is redeemed, the app tells the person who redeemed it who the gift is from, using the name the buyer entered at checkout.
- Passing a gift code on is the buyer’s job. We email the code to the buyer, who gives it to the recipient however they like. Treat it like cash: anyone who has the code can redeem it. If a gift code is lost, or reaches the wrong person, tell us before it is redeemed and we will do what we can to cancel it and send a replacement. We cannot recover a code once someone has redeemed it.
- A refunded or reversed gift (including through a chargeback) stops the code working. If the code has already been redeemed, the gift year ends, and the recipient’s account returns to the free level (§4.1 still applies). If we ever stop offering memberships, we will refund the buyer of any gift code that has not been redeemed.
- We do not withdraw or change a code you paid for, except where the purchase is refunded or reversed, where we reasonably suspect fraud, or where the law requires it.
- Promotional codes — codes we give away rather than sell, such as beta or event codes — may carry an expiry date, may be limited in number, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time before they are redeemed. When the membership time from a promotional code runs out, the account returns to the free level; it never starts a paying subscription.
- Codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money except as a refund under §7.5 or this section, and may not be sold or traded. A code obtained anywhere other than from us or from someone who bought it from us may be void.
7.7 Taxes
In the app, Apple or Google collects and pays any sales tax, VAT, or GST. In the US and Canada the store adds sales tax to the price at checkout; elsewhere the price the store shows includes it. On our website, prices include any sales tax, VAT, or GST that applies; that tax is collected and remitted by Stripe Managed Payments as merchant of record, and your receipt shows the tax portion where the law requires it.
7.8 Store subscriptions and your Reminist account
- A store subscription belongs to the Reminist account that was signed in when you bought it, and to the Apple or Google account that paid for it.
- Restore purchases (on the membership screen in the app) re-links an active store subscription to the Reminist account that is signed in. If that is a different Reminist account, the membership moves to it, and the account that had it returns to the free level (§4.1 still applies).
- If you have both a membership from a code and a store subscription, you are a member while either is active. Each is billed and cancelled on its own (§7.3); buying one does not cancel or refund the other.
- Apple and Google are not parties to a website purchase and hold no record of it: you cannot manage or cancel a website membership in App Store or Google Play settings, they cannot refund it, and “Restore purchases” does not apply to it. That is handled by us and by Stripe (§7.3, §7.5).
8. The Trusted Contact
Reminist lets you name a Trusted Contact — a person you nominate as the point of contact for your stories if something happens to you. Please read this carefully, because what it does is narrower than it may sound.
8.1 What it does
- We record the name and contact details you provide for that person.
- We notify them that you have named them, so they know the role exists.
- If they later contact us with credible evidence that you have died or become unable to manage your own affairs, we may, at our discretion, work with them to provide access to your stories.
8.2 What it does not do
- We do not automatically send anything to your Trusted Contact. There is no scheduled delivery, no timer, and no dead-man’s switch. Nothing is transmitted to them unless a request is made, verified, and acted on by us, by hand.
- We do not promise that any transfer will happen. We may decline where we cannot verify the request, where there is a dispute among family members, where the law requires otherwise, or where we have any doubt. We are not a probate service and we do not adjudicate competing claims to your estate.
- Naming a Trusted Contact is not a will, a beneficiary designation, a power of attorney, or any other legal instrument, and it does not transfer ownership of anything. If you want your recordings handled a particular way after your death, say so in your actual estate documents.
- Your Trusted Contact gets no access to your account while you are alive and well, and cannot see your stories by virtue of the designation alone.
8.3 Your responsibilities
Only name someone who would want the role, and tell them yourself — the notification we send is brief. By providing their contact details you confirm you may share them with us for this purpose. You can change or remove your Trusted Contact at any time in the app.
8.4 If we learn a user has died
We may, at our discretion, memorialise or restrict an account, suspend billing, and preserve content while a request is assessed. Absent a verified request, our normal retention and deletion rules continue to apply.
9. Sharing, invitations, and other people
Your stories are private to you unless you share them. A story becomes visible to someone else only when you invite them, using a code you pass on yourself.
- You choose who to invite, and you are responsible for that choice. Think before sharing sensitive stories — once someone can hear a recording, they can hear it.
- You may revoke a share at any time, which removes their future access.
- A group thread makes a story visible to everyone invited to it, not only to you. The app asks you to confirm before turning this on. Contributors can see each other’s contributions.
- You may block another user, which prevents them from reaching you or seeing your content going forward.
10. Acceptable use
Your use of Reminist is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: do not upload unlawful content, do not use Reminist to harass or impersonate anyone, do not upload other people’s private material without permission, do not upload material that infringes someone else’s copyright, do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, and do not use it to distribute malware or spam.
11. Reporting and enforcement
Reminist includes tools to report content and to block a user. We review reports and may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate an account that breaches these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Where it is practical and lawful, we will tell the affected user what happened and why, and give them a way to respond at support@reminist.app.
We may act without prior notice where content appears to be unlawful, where someone is at risk of harm, or where the service’s integrity is threatened. We are not obliged to monitor content, and our not acting in one case does not waive our right to act in another.
12. Intellectual property
12.1 Ours
Reminist — the app, its design, its name, logo, prompt library, and everything in it other than user content — belongs to us or our licensors. “Reminist” and the Reminist logo are our trademarks. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the app as intended. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse-engineer any part of it, or use our name or branding without our written permission. The app includes open-source software, licensed under its own terms, which are listed in the app under Settings → About.
12.2 Feedback
Feedback you send us may be used freely and without obligation or compensation to you.
12.3 Copyright complaints
We respect copyright, and we handle claims of infringement following the notice-and-takedown process set out in the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512). If you believe material on Reminist infringes a copyright you own or are authorised to enforce, email a written notice to support@reminist.app with “Copyright notice” in the subject line.
Your notice must include:
- your physical or electronic signature (a typed full name is enough for email);
- identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed — or, if several works are covered by one notice, a representative list of them;
- identification of the material you say is infringing, with enough detail for us to find it. Stories on Reminist are private, so there is no public web address to give us: tell us what you can, such as the name or email of the account that shared it, the story’s title, roughly when it was recorded, and how you came to see it;
- your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the way complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
When we receive a notice that substantially meets these requirements, we will promptly remove or disable access to the material and tell the user who uploaded it. We may send that user a copy of your notice, including your name and contact details, so they can respond. Before you send a notice, consider whether the use could be a fair use. If you knowingly misrepresent that material is infringing, you may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees (17 U.S.C. §512(f)).
Please use that subject line only for copyright notices. Anything else — including other intellectual-property concerns, such as trademark — should go to support@reminist.app or through Report this story (in a story’s ⋮ menu) in the app.
12.4 If your material was removed by mistake (counter-notice)
If material you uploaded was removed or disabled because of a copyright notice, and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address, with “Copyright counter-notice” in the subject line. It must include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and where it appeared before (the story’s title and date are enough);
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; and
- your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for the judicial district where your address is (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice, or their agent.
We will send a copy of your counter-notice, including your name and contact details, to the person who sent the original notice. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain you from the infringing activity, we will restore the material, or stop disabling access to it, 10 to 14 business days after we receive your counter-notice. §512(f) applies to counter-notices too: knowingly misrepresenting that material was removed by mistake can make you liable for damages.
12.5 Repeat infringers
We close, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright. As a guide, an account that is the subject of valid copyright notices on more than two separate occasions, none of them successfully countered, will be closed; we may act sooner where infringement is deliberate or flagrant.
13. Deletion, suspension, and termination
By you. You may stop using Reminist at any time, and delete your account from Settings → Delete account. Deleting your account removes your account and your content from our live systems immediately, and from encrypted backups within 30 days. Deletion is permanent and we cannot undo it. It does not cancel a paid membership — cancel that separately (§7.3) — and it does not by itself entitle you to a refund of the current period. Any unused membership time is lost with the account.
By us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy (including under §12.5), if required by law, or if continuing would expose us or others to harm or liability. Where we terminate an account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.
What survives. §5.3, §7.6 (for codes not yet redeemed), §12, §14, §15, §16, §17 and §18 survive termination.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy at any time — for example, to reflect new features, changes in the law, or changes in how we run Reminist.
- Material changes — anything that reduces your rights or adds to your obligations — come with a new version number and date, and we will ask you to accept the new version in the app before you continue using it. If you do not accept, you may stop using Reminist and delete your account; the previous version continues to govern your use until you accept or stop.
- Other changes — clarifications, corrections, updated contact details, or changes that only add to your rights — take effect when we post them, and we will update the “Last updated” date.
Changes are never retroactive, and we will not apply a change to a dispute that arose beforehand. Price changes follow §7.4, not this section.
15. Disclaimers
15.1 Provided “as is”
To the fullest extent the law allows, Reminist is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any AI output will be accurate.
15.2 Not a backup service — please keep your own copies
Reminist is not a backup, archival, or preservation service, and you should not rely on it as the only copy of anything you care about. Data can be lost through hardware failure, software defects, provider outages, accidental deletion by you or by someone you shared with, or the discontinuation of the service. We take reasonable measures to protect your content, and we make no guarantee that it will always be available or recoverable.
If a recording is irreplaceable to you, keep an independent copy of it. The app lets you export your stories at any time from Settings, free, whether or not you are a member.
15.3 Consumer rights
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. Where that is the case, the exclusions above apply only to the extent permitted, and nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory right you have as a consumer.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, whether or not we were advised such damages were possible.
- Our total liability to you for all claims relating to Reminist is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$50.
- Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
These limits apply even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose, and they reflect a reasonable allocation of risk for a service offered at this price.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your home jurisdiction, and nothing here deprives you of the right to bring proceedings there where the law gives you that right.
Talk to us first. Most problems are solved quickly by email. Before filing anything, please contact support@reminist.app and give us 30 days to resolve it.
Where disputes are heard. Subject to the paragraph above, you and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Honolulu, Hawaii, and consent to venue there. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small-claims court instead.
18. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy are the whole agreement between us about Reminist, and replace any earlier understanding.
- Notices. We may give you notices — including renewal reminders, price-change notices, and changes to these Terms — by email to the address on your account or the one you used at checkout, or in the app. You agree that these electronic notices satisfy any requirement that a notice be in writing. Notices to us go to support@reminist.app; copyright notices must follow §12.3.
- Severability. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in force and the provision is narrowed to the minimum extent needed.
- No waiver. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, on notice to you.
- Force majeure. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- No third-party beneficiaries, except Apple and Google as described in §19.
19. App Store and Google Play
These provisions apply because you obtained the Reminist app from a third-party app store. A membership bought in the app is a store subscription, which is also governed by Apple’s or Google’s terms for purchases (§7); a membership bought on our website is not.
- This agreement is between you and Tauf Life Consulting, LLC only — not with Apple or Google. We, not they, are solely responsible for Reminist and its content.
- Your use of Reminist must comply with the App Store Terms of Service or the Google Play Terms of Service, as applicable.
- Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Reminist.
- If Reminist fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to Reminist. The Reminist app is free to download, so that purchase price is zero. Membership refunds are covered by §7.5.
- Apple and Google are not responsible for addressing any claim by you or a third party relating to Reminist, including product-liability claims, any claim that it fails to conform to a legal requirement, and claims under consumer-protection or privacy law.
- If a third party claims Reminist infringes their intellectual property, we, not Apple or Google, are responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of that claim.
- You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance Apple has the right (and is deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce them against you. The same applies to Google in respect of Google Play.
